Since its start as a blog in April 2004, Stadtkind has continuously brought you electronic music, information about artists and events in our hometown Berlin. Stuff like that, stuff we love.
Our name comes from due respect to the excellent track and debut album of the same name by local DJ, producer, and bpitch control label founder Ellen Allien.
Stadtkind is brought to you by Liza and Dominic. Sometimes we have a vacation replacement.
Btw. this site has nothing to do with the print-magazine of same name that was published between 2006 and 2009.
»Stadtkind« heißt für uns: Elektronische Musik, Berlin, Partys. Dazu ein bisschen Designkram, Videogames und schönes Wetter – fertig is’ die Laube. Und das seit April 2004.
Der Name dieser Seite ist Tribut an das fabelhafte Lied von Ellen Allien vom gleichnamigen Debutalbum aus dem Jahr 2001. Gleichzeitig ist es Ausdruck eines Lebensgefühls und Bekennung zur elektronischen Musik und zu Berlin.
Die Hauptautoren und Projektgründer sind Liza (Inhalt, Fotos) und Dominic (Inhalt, Technik). Unterstüzt wird dabei ab und an durch unsere Urlaubsvertretung.
Ach und diese Seite hat nichts mit dem kostenlosen Heft zu tun, das es zwischen Ende 2006 und Sommer 2009 gab.
